Sincere Request

In November 2003 HAMfest-2003 - a gathering of the HAMs from all over the country, is organized at Gandhinagar. We request all the HAMs who are interested to submitted their technical papers, indicating their wish to present it or circulate-publish it. The technical committee will scrutinize the papers and decide on whether they can be presented or will have to be circulated in the fest and published in the souvenir.
